Debra’s Challenge
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to our February Challenge,
This month is our sketch challenge, I found my sketch on @PageMaps. I always love a grid layout.
And here is my interpretation of the sketch, with my chipboard piece added.

I have used Papers from Pink Paislee’s Indigo and Ivy Collection, Pink Paislee – Indigo & Ivy – Paper #4,
Pink Paislee – Indigo & Ivy – Paper #7
Pink Paislee – Indigo & Ivy – Paper #6
Pink Paislee – Indigo & Ivy – Paper #9
These Papers coordinated beautifully with images that I have Fussy cut from the sheet of
Uniquely Creative – Boho Picnic – Paper Marigold
I used the Memory Maze Chipboard that I heat Embossed Using embossing powder, which comes in so many colours
The Quote is from my stash, I thought it was very fitting for my photo
Hope you have fun creating with this sketch.
Debra
Louise’s Challenge
Hi Crafty friends.
I do love a sketch challenge.
Here is my sketch inspiration:
I’ve started with white cardstock background. Then added my cut squares in 5″ size with the Uniquely “Moody Blue” paper collection.
To embellish, I pulled out the Uniquely Creative “Teen Spirit” Creative Cuts which featured some cricket elements – so I decided on a cricket photo. As the embellishments were orange and red, I made these colours the focus of my layout.
I’ve pulled the orange banners from my left over stash.
To create my background, I’ve used the reverse stencil technique. First I took my stencil and flipped it over, then inked it with the Distress Oxide “Spiced marmalade” – spray with lots of water and then flip it over on the page!
I’ve pulled lots of stickers from my stash and added a little bit of colour and doodling around the border.
Can’t wait to see your creations.
Happy Scrapping.
