Thanks for stopping by. Chipboard is so versatile and can really add texture to a layout.

Here are some of my fav chipboard layouts and techniques:

Heat Embossing – Using embossing ink and powder – heat with heat gun to set

Glitter – Cover with tacky glue and sprinkle with glitter

Distress Inks – Apply the ink directly over the chipboard

Watercolour – Pre treat the chipboard with gesso then paint with watercolour

Raw – Sometimes less is more and raw chipboard enhances a layout

Two Tone –  Cover part of the chipboard – apply one coat as desired. Repeat on the other section.

Acrylic Paint –  Apply acrylic paint straight to the chipboard piece

Behind layers – Find pieces with interesting shapes and tuck them behind layers.
