Hi Crafters
Louise here. We hope you’re enjoying this month’s 1-2-3 challenges.

This time, I’d like you to use;

1 x inked background
2 x torn strips of paper
3 x circle elements

Here is my inspiration:

I’ve used Distress Ink Blueprint sketch and Broken China through the Bee Arty “Honey Hive” stencil.

Using the same inks, I’ve added water with a paintbrush and created some splatters.

This layout’s theme is all blue … if you hadn’t already noticed 😉

I needed some sparkle for this birthday project so used glitter paper.  I got a bit stuck trying to work out how to highlight my photo on the busy background. I decided some twine would break it up and add some texture.

Combining different shapes on a layout can make things interesting, so I decided to focus on circle embellishments – these are from the Vintage Artistry Chipboard set.

Finally, I’ve added some word phrases from the Uniquely Creative cut apart sheet.

Debra here, sharing with you my 123 Challenge for the January Cyber crop.

I would like you to use –

1 x Patterned Paper
2 X Flowers
3 X Butterflies, dragonflies or Birds

Here is my inspiration

Using Uniquely Creative – Boho Picnic – Paper Freya as my Background, I added some Stenciling to my Background, using Texture Paste and Ranger Distress Oxide – Rustic Wilderness  To add a little more brightness to my background Distress.

I stapled  three pieces of  Twine across my layout,

My  Two Mulberry Flowers -Chrysanthemum Mixed Set – Brights and Green Tara Leaves – Copper 2.5cm  placed on the top of a Uniquely Creative – Boho Picnic Creative Cuts element to form a cluster

I added 2 butterflies from my stash to complete the layout.

Our theme is 1,2,3 and I challenge you to use

1, Doodled page border
2, stamps to be used somewhere on your page
3, bows –  big, little, double doesn’t matter

For my page I have used the following Bee Arty papers Bee Arty – Bee the Sunshine – Paper – Painted Honeycomb

Bee Arty – Bee the Sunshine – Paper – Sunny Days   Bee Arty – Bee the Sunshine – Paper – Honey

I have also smooshed some Distress ink Sprays in Kitsch Flamingo, Squeezed Lemonade and Peacock feathers around the outlines of my photo positions, this is also where i have used my 2 different background stamps

Finished off with some fussy cut images and my 3 bows
