We are so excited to announce our 2023 Music Festival competition!
Here’s how it works….
This 8 week competition is point-based, non-elimination style, so everyone can play till the end. 1 Challenge per week, you have until the end of the competition to upload all your entries, however, all layouts that are uploaded to the gallery by the due date each week receive an extra point.
A Music Festival embellishment kit will be available to purchase from the shop, it is not a prerequisite to join. Each challenge will have a kit item and a bonus point will be awarded.

Everyone who signs up on the event page and enters all 8 challenges goes into the draw for a “Door Prize” drawn at the end of the competition.

Entry is open to Australian residents only
Entries must be of paper – sorry no digi layout.
Layout/projects entries must not be smaller than 8×8. Cards must be a set of 3.
All entries must be accompanied must be original and created for Mystical’s “Music Festival’ Competition only – Mystical Scrapbooks retains the right to use all images submitted for advertising or promotion after the competition closes.
Each entrant may enter up to 1 entry in each challenge.

Music Festival Pass – Embellishment Kit can be purchased from the shop for $10.00 – free postage (kit only) Again, the purchase is not a prerequisite, you are welcome to substitute your own items for the kit items. Available to order soon!!
Negative comments toward others will not be tolerated, Mystical Scrapbooks welcomes and encourages all levels and styles of crafters.
Entry Period
Start date is 1st August and ends 26th September at midnight 2023 – No extensions can be given.
Judging
Each entry will be individually judged by Mystical Design Team based on artistic and creative merit and by each challenge guidelines.
Projects uploaded into the correct Facebook album by the deadline for each challenge will be given an extra point.
Judging will be done using a points system, along with voting by Mystical members at the end of the competition – It will be a running tally, the person with the most points at the end of the competition is the winner.
The winners will be notified by email and announced on Mystical Scrapbooking Blog and Facebook page.
At the end of the competition, active members of our chat page are invited to vote for their favourite pages, using a 3 2 1 points system for each challenge.

1 for 3rd
1 vote per member for each challenge. You can’t vote for yourself
Prizes
Each prize must be taken as stated. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person or taken as cash.
