Welcome to our last challenges for 2023!!
I hope you enjoy our last 2 challenges for the year, and a huge thank you to everyone who joined in with all our challenges, games, and cyber crops throughout the year.

Challenge 1- Debra’s Challenge
Let it sparkle!
Using Christmas as your theme, make your layout sparkle using Sequins,
Diamantes, Bling, Glitter, anything that Sparkles.
I used the beautiful 3 Quarter Designs – Festive Tidings Collection
I fussy cut some of the images, adhering with 3D Foam Tape – 6mm x 4m
to add dimension.
I added some flowers and leaves from the Mystical Scrapbooks Shop.
Next was my Bling- I used Sequins which are available in many colours in the shop,
and diamantes.
Looking forward to seeing what you create for this Challenge, using a Christmas theme

Challenge 2 – Louise’s Challenge
Hi Crafters
Louise here.
It’s the last challenge of 2023 and I’d like you to use the colours pink & gold … with a pop of sparkle!
I decided to do some playing in my art journal. Often starting an art journal is the hardest part.
I pulled out some elements from the Uniquely Creative “Sweet Magnolia” collection.
I then added some washi tape pieces from the gorgeous “Book pages and Butterflies”
Now it’s time to add some colour. I’ve added Dylusions Shimmer Paint in Bubblegum Pink and Custard. Let the colours blend into each other and overlap to create contrast.
I took a stencil and added white gesso with a sponge in the corners.
The next stages are about adding layers in varying amounts.
Finally, I’ve added the Sweet Magnolia elements and the Art Thickers title.
Very different to my normal shares, but I hope you’ve picked up a little something.
Can’t wait to see your pink & gold sparkly creations.

Challenge Rules
All entries must be created for Mystical’s challenges, and submitted to the albums by 11.55 pm, 31st December 2023 to be eligible for the prize.
The prize is by random draw. This month’s prize is a Paper Rose A5 Paper Stack.
International entries are welcome, however, due to international postage costs, the prize is a letter-sized surprise in the post.
