Have you heard of art journalling?

It’s has so many varied descriptions but I use it as a creative outlet that allows me the relief of creating without the pressure of using a photo.

Today I’m sharing a look into my art journal.

I’ve created a very minimalist piece in my art journal using the Distress watercolour pencils.

I’ve drawn some different size circles and used water to blend them.

I’ve then added some doodling and marks over the circles and around the page.

Finally, I added the Dusty Attic chipboard hearts simply coloured with black to add some interest.
