So I finally got to scrap!

This is my page for week 8 of our 2023 Music Festive competition, due to life being what it is, I’ve kinda missed out on being a part of our competition this year, so when I came across these photos of friends enjoying a happy moment I knew these were just the right photos for me to scrap!!

I’ve had my eye on this gorgeous range from Uniquely Creative since it was released!  Sweet Magnolia is a beautiful feminine range, with magenta, touches of earthy green, sky blue and soft pinks, you can find it in store here – Sweet Magnolia

I’ve added a few bits from different range on this page, my title is Cocoa Vanilla Unforgettable foam title, and these amazing rub-ons are from 49 & Market Curators Botanical range.  They are dream to use and you can find them them in the shop here –  Curators Botanical

Mulberry flowers are always a great touch,  and I’ve made the little curly wire bits from the wire I cut off from the flower stems.

To add a layer to my page, I die-cut a frame and popped it up on some 3D foam to highlight the girl’s laughter!

With my layered butterfly, I got out my Art Alchemy Metallique Waxes.  These give such a lovely shine and have a wonderful depth of colour!!

And who would have thought that I would love these 2 colours together so much!!  Sometimes is so rewarding to step out of your comfort zone!

Vintage Nuvo Drops have a wonderful matt effect, and Bee Arty Colour Spray have such intense colours, and can also be mixed with mediums such as Gesso to create a coloured medium.
